At Sullivan Homes, we utilize our extensive experience and design every home in-house to maximize space and minimize cost.

Construction Management tames the chaos of homebuilding. For Sullivan Homes, it starts with the design of the project. Once designed, the project is estimated utilizing bids and in-house takeoffs to determine the cost of construction. Once construction starts, we utilize an online scheduling and client portal for managing physical construction.

Our Partnerships come in a variety of flavors. From Vendors and Subcontractors, Investors and Financing, Sales and Marketing, and our most important Partnership – our Clients.
