I’M READY, BUT WHERE DO I START?

Right here. All homes need land. We can build on your own land, or we can work with you to find something that works for you. Custom homes start with a blank canvas – and a budget. We’ll walk you through it in our first conversation, starting with your budget and financing options. From there, it’s about your ideas and amenities. We consider those to be items such as number of bathrooms, bedrooms, garage sizing, and everything needed for a layout that works for you.

What are the different costs involved in the process?

Starting with the most basic, we have the cost of the home itself, as well as the land – unless of course you already have land, we’ll meet with you and go over options on layout. Other costs include engineering (if required by jurisdiction) design, and “soft” costs such as financing costs with your lender, title, etc. It can seem overwhelming, but fortunately – most lenders perform “All in one” loans if needed, which wrap everything up. What’s next?

Then We Design.

Because we design all of our floor plans in house, we can tailor exactly to what’s needed for your lifestyle, and what works for your budget. Our goal is to take your required amenities, and utilize them to efficiently conserve square footage. 

Why would we conserve Square Footage?

Efficiency and cost. Due to the majority of construction costs being tied to square footage, and booming construction costs, we’re here to ensure you’re getting the best bang for your buck. That’s why we carefully design for functionality, not only for you to save tens of thousands, but to be able to use your home to its fullest extent.

What about all the other choices? Too many colors, accents, appliances, etc.

We made that simple too. Utilizing our Construction Online software, we’ve compiled all the selection options with photos, descriptions, and detail in a play-by-play digital book. One spot, easy to access, and concise.
